Autumn 12: Dream a Toasty Dream

by The Artist on September 3, 2012

It’s September!  Time to start thinking about Fall…

Today’s the day when we’re going to stop for a second, recognize the passing of the season, and take a little stock of where we are and where we want to go.

Autumn is the best time of the year.

(In our not-so-humble-opinion, that is.)

The weather’s cooling down, the sweaters come out of storage, and the frost is just around the corner.  There are apples and haystacks, new schoolbooks and old traditions.

Your assignment for today:

It’s simple:  Today, take a look around at what you’ve done all summer long and acknowledge it all.  Then, look ahead to the season coming up.  What things do you really want to do this fall?  What things are so quintessentially Autumn that they define the season for you?  What have you always wanted to do to take advantage of this time of the year, or what things do you do every year that you really don’t want to miss?

Create your very own Autumn Bucket List.  Include everything, even the things that, right now, seem impractical or impossible.

You’re free to dream.  Do it on paper.
